7x National Team Member and Bay Area native, Katherine Shai will be taking the athletes through a series of freestyle positions and techniques that she finds extremely important to be successful on a high level. Coach Shai will teach on her unique perspective of the sport, and some of the important ways for female wrestlers to train. At the end of the clinic, there will be a Q&A to ask Coach Shai any of your questions about wrestling, training, mindset, or about her journey as an elite wrestler on Team USA.
