Camps Offered

  • Each week campers will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a different theme where they engage in arts & crafts, games, and much more!

  • See the invisible world that surrounds us all the time. Look at ordinary things like dust, insects and crystals in a new way. We will learn how microscopes work and how to use them, how to make a culture of microscopic life, how to prepare materials for viewing, We will even have a walking fields trip to collect specimens. Hosted by, the Taekwondo Program.

  • The cheer camp will teach the basics of cheerleading including, tumbling, jumps, stunts, dances, and routines. The beginning of the day will start with exercise and drills, and following lunch cheerleaders will work on dances, routines, arts and crafts, and games.

  • Kick off summer with an array of activities, indoor and outdoor! Students will be playing an assortment of recreational games throughout the week at CYC, both inside the facility and outside on the soccer field. We will then have the opportunity to take the students on a mini walking field trip to the farmers market at Todos Santos Plaza in Downtown Concord where we will also have activities for them to do.

  • This camp will include on-field drills, strength conditioning, classroom chalk-talks, film sessions, and offensive/defensive tactics related to the sport.

    Athletic experience, either in football or another sport, is recommended.

    • Offense

      • Basic formations & offensive play installation

      • Stance, catching mechanics, and route running

      • Ball carrying, ball security, and escape/juke moves

      • Passing, grip, stance, and basic read progression

    • Defense

      • Defensive coverages (man/zone concepts)

      • Stance, leverage, coverage assignments

      • Zone coverage responsibilities, eye discipline and zone spacing

  • Campers will learn skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and have fun on our Tumble Track and Trampoline.

  • Join us for a week of fun all about Soccer. Players will learn the fundamentals, techniques, and tactics of the game and be able to implement them in a game setting. Be sure to bring a snack, water, shin guards, and plenty of sunscreen!

  • If you like sports this is the camp for you! Campers will learn skills and rules for a variety of sports while also enjoying some fan-favorite recreational games.

  • Campers will learn the basic techniques and skills required to wrestle as they participate in activities that help develop coordination, balance, and body control.

Camp Information

    • Full Day: 9am-3pm $150/week

    • Half Day: 9am-12pm $75/week

    • Half Day: 12pm-3pm $75/week
